Meet Erik Berggren
CEO of Valhalla Capital Partners
Erik’s executive experience encompasses the full spectrum of leadership roles—from Chairing Boards to operator roles as GM, President to CFO, COO, and CRO positions. He has driven top-line revenue growth for 30+ companies across Europe and the United States. His consulting work has equipped him with deep expertise in business transformation, market expansion, and operational excellence across organizations of all sizes.He has guided companies through every critical business milestone, including startup launches, hyper-growth scaling, Capital Strategies and fund raising to M&A (on both sides of transactions), to public and private exits.
He grew up in northern Sweden and that created a lifelong connection to nature for him. At 19, he was drafted into the Swedish Navy and experienced combat in the Baltic Sea. After his experience in the navy, he graduated from Uppsala University with a Masters in Advanced Finance with the highest grades. He has lived in numerous countries and speaks multiple different languages. Beyond his executive roles, Erik serves as an angel investor, advisor, and board member across diverse sectors including defense technology, EV, marine leisure industry, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and distribution. He has a passion for growing not only businesses, but also helping others to develop personally and professionally . He’s coached numerous people to athletic achievements and better healthier lifestyles.
Erik's professional journey has been intentionally designed around his pursuit of what he calls "Valhalla"—a life of purpose, freedom, and adventure. This 100% self-made path has provided not only professional success but also the financial independence to live authentically. Having called both mountaintops and sailboats home across Europe and the US, Erik has raised three children while pursuing his passions as a sailing captain and avid vertical adventurer on snow and rock. His sports career included competitive mountain biking at the World Cup level. Now, as CEO of Valhalla Capital Partners, Erik is dedicated to helping others reach their own version of Valhalla. He invests alongside his clients, ensuring that everyone truly is in the same boat on the journey toward financial freedom and purposeful living.

Meet Caitlin Logue
VP of Operations
Caitlin is known for her authentic approach to wealth building and her unwavering commitment to creating optionality for herself and others. She learned the value of hard work and determination from watching her father build his own business from the ground up. Driven by a desire to understand what creates true financial freedom, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame and dove headfirst into the corporate machine. But unlike most who get comfortable in the golden handcuffs, Caitlin had a different plan—she was going to master the system so others wouldn't have to.
Over the next decade, Caitlin climbed the ranks in corporate America, becoming an award-winning Account Executive of the Year while systematically learning every aspect of sales, finance, and investor relations. She witnessed firsthand how the traditional corporate path could trap even the most talented people in cycles of dependency. That's when she realized she didn't want to just succeed within the system—she wanted to help others escape it entirely. Caitlin's entrepreneurial fire led her to raise tens of millions of dollars in private equity and software sales, but more importantly, it taught her that real wealth isn't just about money—it's about optionality. The freedom to prioritize her health and fitness, spend time with her partner and German Shepherd, build businesses she's passionate about, and help others achieve financial independence on their own terms.
Today, Caitlin serves as Vice President of Operations at Valhalla Capital Partners, where she oversees fund administration, compliance, investor onboarding, and operational strategy. Caitlin uses her battle-tested knowledge from corporate America and her own knowledge as an investor herself to help people build wealth without sacrificing their values or their time, often saying she navigated corporate America so her investors wouldn't have to—turning her knowledge into their competitive advantage.
